Two Bob Saddlery Co began back in 2016, founded by two men—both named Bob—who shared a love for good horses, good gear, and good craftsmanship. After experiencing the balance, feel and durability of Jeff Smith’s Custom Saddles (JSCS) firsthand, they knew Australian riders deserved access to the same level of quality. What started as a small importing operation quickly became Australia’s trusted link to genuine Texas-made Western saddles.

Today, that legacy is carried forward under the ownership of father-daughter partnership, Bill & Daz Cox, operating out of Uki in Northern NSW and you can find the store at the annual NCHA Futurity Tamworth. Bill has long been immersed in the Western riding industry, and now leads Two Bob Saddlery Co with the same passion and commitment that the two Bobs built the company on. Daz has been in the cutting scene for ten years and has won many buckles and ribbons in her Jeff Smith Saddle. The names may have changed, but the mission hasn’t:

  • When you buy through Two Bob Saddlery Co, your saddle is registered locally, and we fully honour the Jeff Smith 10-year tree warranty here in Australia. If a warranty issue ever arises, you simply return the saddle to us. Only saddles sold through Two Bob Saddlery Co can be returned for warranty.

  • We can import any in-stock JSCS saddle from Texas to Australia within one week, allowing Australian riders faster access to the saddles they want—without lengthy wait times.

    For riders with a specific look or feel in mind, we also offer true customisation. Tooling patterns, leather types, seat styles, colours, finishes; if you want a one-of-a-kind saddle, we work directly with Jeff Smith’s team to lift the rise, deepen the pocket and bring your vision to life.
